The range of malts

Our barley malts:

Standard pilsner malt

For palest beers with slim character produced by the Pilsner art of brewing. We attach particular importance to good modification and high extract yield when processing this selected barley.

Pilsner malt

Main product for pale beers with most careful drying in the kiln. As with all our malts, homogeneity is traditionally our primary focus for easy processing in the brewhouse.

Vienna malt

With a malty character typical of this type, for golden-coloured, palateful beers which are slightly more malt-flavoured

Munich malt

With a strongly emphasized malt character for dark beers with very good drinkability.

Diastatic malt

Our wheat malts:

Light wheat malt

For pale to gold-coloured wheat beers with a refreshing and mild taste.

Dark wheat malt

For dark wheat beers with a malty aroma and slightly fruity flavour.
